Perfect cheesecake – NO sugar!
We don’t like sugar! It is harmful, causes many diseases, is addictive!But we like cakes – and that’s why I use erythritol instead of sugar. The hidden life…
As you know, I love nature, and my trips to the forest are my perfect meditation. I recently watched the fantastic movie “The Hidden Life of Trees”. I highly recommend it! A documentary film about the German forester – Peter Wohlleben – the author of the book of the same title.Watch it – you will see that the tree are social, sentient beings and we have a perfect – green world! I can’t spoiler here, but I think that for lovers of nature, the movie are worth watching.5 stars out of 5 in my opinion π
