My Daily Morning Routine – The Tale of My Two Glasses :)

Morning, as we all know, is a crucial part of the day, and to ensure the day is joyful, happy, and full of energy, it’s essential to start it off right 🙂 Every day, right after waking up, I drink two magical glasses:

  1. The first one is for detox – it’s a room temperature glass of water into which I pour a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, squeeze the juice from a thick slice of lemon, and add a pinch of salt. This fantastic detoxifying tonic removes toxins accumulated overnight, clears the intestines, and stimulates gastric juices for breakfast 😉
  2. The second glass is a vitamin booster – room temperature water mixed with lemon juice (the same amount as above) with the addition of 1 teaspoon of bee pollen and 1 teaspoon of honey (currently canola, although my favorites are linden or pine honeydew). I usually drink half of it – and the other half after completing my morning workout.

What does the glass with bee pollen give me? Primarily, it provides vitamins and minerals (vitamins from the B group, namely B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, vitamin C, vitamin A -beta-carotene , vitamin E, vitamin D, and vitamin K, potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, copper, zinc, selenium, silica, and manganes), as well as energy. It stimulates the body to get moving and refreshes the mind. With this preparation, I’m ready to head to work 🙂

And what about you? What are your morning routines?

I have a morning drink mixture more toward an homemade electrolyte concoction (1/3cup organic cherry Eden, mag citrate powder, pinch pyramid salt, 1/2 organic lemon and 1 tsp organic maple syrup adding 4 cups filtered water). Would you share your bee pollen source.. I’m new at looking for this and want a quality product to add to the morning juice routine.

I bought my bee pollen in Poland – from a bee farm, so it’s a reliable source. I think you can also buy ECO pollen in health food stores 🙂 Hug to my silver Sister 😉
